The real unlock is when AI moves from novelty to infrastructure

The Sandbox → Curriculum → Master Artisan pathway is a sharp framework — and it maps directly to what I see in cybersecurity AI adoption.

Most SMEs are stuck in Sandbox mode: pressing buttons, deploying AI tools with zero governance, no audit trails, and open attack surfaces.

The real unlock is when AI moves from novelty to infrastructure — and that's where security-first thinking becomes non-negotiable.

Building agent systems with Claude Code is genuinely powerful. But in regulated environments (law firms, accountancies, finance), every autonomous action needs:
→ Least-privilege access controls
→ Immutable audit logs
→ Defined blast radius limits
→ Human-in-the-loop gates for sensitive operations

The firms that will win aren't the fastest to deploy AI — they're the ones who deploy it safely and can prove it to clients and regulators.

That's the gap I work in: AI automation + cybersecurity for UK professional services firms. Happy to connect with anyone building in this space. 🔐
